SOUTHERN RIDGE ATV TRAILS INC RULES

                   

 

  1. No one is allowed to possess any dangerous or controlled substances including but not limited to explosives while the property of Southern Ridge ATV Trails Inc.

  2. No hunting, Swimming or fishing allowed at any time.

  3. Camping is allowed on trails BUT by permit only obtained by Southern Ridge ATV Trails, Inc.

  4. Park hours for FRI 8 AM to 8 PM and SAT 8 AM to 8 PM, SUN hours are 8 AM to 4 PM.

  5. All ATV riders should follow the manufacture’s safe operating procedures for your ATV and ensure you have the appropriate safety equipment needed to safely operate your ATV on the rough and hilly terrain of Southern Ridge ATV Trails Inc. Helmet is mandatory, Gloves, Over the Ankle Boots, Long Sleeve Shirt, paints and goggles are encouraged and recommended for your protection and safety.

  6. Everyone entering the park MUST sign a Release and Waiver of Liability Form.  You will also receive an arm band to be worn at all times while in the park.  Anyone not signing a waiver or not wearing an armband is considered Trespassing. Arm bands and helmet will be checked at trail head.

  7. All minor children under the age of 17 must be signed in by a parent or legal guardian at the sign in station.  If your parents will not be with you at our park, you must contact us to obtain a release form and it must be signed by you parent and it must be notorized, you will then bring the form with you to our park.  Parents must closely supervise minors at all times.  AT NO time will a minor be allowed to ride an ATV without the parent or guardian on-hand with them at all times.

  8. There will be NO TOLERATION for fighting what so ever.

  9. Everyone rides at their own risk.  Know your limitations and do not exceed the capabilities of your riding skills.

  10. Southern Ridge ATV Trails Inc, is neither liable nor responsible for any personal damage, loss, or theft of personal property, or injury or death.

  11. No glass containers allowed out-side the camping and parking area.

  12. NO FIREARMS will be allowed into the park at any time.

  13. Lights and Brakes must be in great working condition.

  14. Stay out of private property, do not cross or tear down any of the orange fencing that separates Southern Ridge ATV Trails Inc from private land owners.

  15. Stay out of the green fields located on the property of Southern Ridge ATV Trails Inc.

  16. 5 MPH is the speed limit in the parking and camping area.   

  17. NO ATV’S ARE ALLOWED ON THE GRAVEL ROAD AT ANY TIME.

  18. Failure to comply with the above rules and safe operating procedures can and will result in you being ask to leave the park without any refund and could result in you being permanently banned from using the park again. 

  19. Due to insurance requirements, NO THREE WHEELER'S or Dirt Bikes Allowed.

  20. No riding doubles unless your ATV is made for 2- riders, EXAMPLE: RHINO, MULE, RANGER, .......

  21. No consumption of ALCOHOL is permitted while or prior to operating any type of motorized vehicle.
